News from the MSXdev organization: the jury has been announced! It's always a challenge to find a proper jury. Each year it's fun to have a totally new jury, but the members should have enough skills to be able to rate each entry and recognize all the merits the game developers have put into their entry. The jury for MSXdev'08: Takamichi Suzukawa, Enrico Barbisan and S.T.A.R.!
As for the main prize, the MSXdev team has decided to use an open
PayPal system. This means that everyone can donate some money for the winning entry. As all these donations will be combined, it doesn't matter when these donations are small: every amount is welcome. At the moment, an anonymous user has opened the expected stream of donations with Ђ60 already!
Naturally, because of the open sponsorship, you can also set a prize yourself, using your own conditions, such as
best graphics,
most original gameplay, etc. In all cases, contact the organization, and everything will turn out well.
