MSXdev'07 - 04 Mr. Mole
Spanish developer Nerlaska, the winner of MSXdev'06 with his RPG Monster Hunter, has just submitted a finished entry for this year's edition of MSXdev! Mr. Mole is the title of his game, a Break-out clone starring a mole.
Since a few weeks, this thread forms the stage of various people experimenting with sample playback using Konami's SCC chip.
MSXart '07 - 2008 Calendar
With the announcement of the winner, a small week ago, the MSXart'07 competition organized by Passion MSX was over. As of now, you can order the calendar of 2008 with 13 images from this competition at Lulu.
MSX Info Update 2008
The MSX meeting of the vikings is back! Master of code obfuscation NYYRIKKI has just announced the 2008 edition of this very cozy MSX meeting in Finland. At the moment they don't want to give away any details, but using their website you can already watch a video about what has been happening in their planning meetings.
This month turns out to be a fruitful one for fans of game music and game remixes. Again we've added mp3 music to our ever growing downloads section.
MSXart '07 - Results
In the past months, 28 entries for the MSXart'07 competition have been submitted to Passion MSX. Soon a calender will be created from some of these entries, and the winner will receive a free copy. As of today, the winner of MSXart'07 has been announced on Passion MSX.
For the fourth time already this month, we've added music to the MRC Downloads section.
Manbow 2 - review
During this year's edition of the MSX fair in Bussum, which was held on October 6th, Sunrise released the highly anticipated RenovatiO/TNI shooter Manbow 2.
