New version of KSS-X
Overlooked for a while, yet still interesting for Apple Macintosh owners: there's a new version of the excellent MSX BGM player KSS-X available. This new version has a lot of stability improvements and full support not only for KSS files, but also for MGS, MBM, MPK and OPX files!
MSXdev09: Menace announced
A new MSXdev'09 entry has been announced: Menace. It will be the return of The New Image to the yearly MSXdev arena, after games like Pointless Shooter, Pointless Platform and the canceled game Cyberware: Chapter IV ~ Katarsis episode II.
The MSXart unlimited calendar for 2010 is a fact! Twenty pictures were submitted in the past months, ranging from logos to abstract, from games to cartoons. The Loderunner entry (the big black eye) will be the cover of this calendar.
Bold MSX demo
At the Alternative Party a new demo by dvik&joyrex was released. The demo ended 1st in the Alternative demo competition where it competed against demos for a variety of platforms, including C64, Atari ST, and PC.

MSX Solutions: Xyzolog
A few hours to go, and JoseR managed to submit yet another entry for this wallpaper contest, organized by Passion MSX. His entry is based on Rastan Saga, the 1988 action game by Taito.
fMSX for Dingux 1.1.0
The handheld Dingoo is a nifty little console, cheap, and very popular. A few months ago, openMSX for Dingux (Linux for the Dingoo) became a reality, and now fMSX follows! ZX81 offers fMSX for Dingux 1.1.0, the version which was previously ported to GP2X-Wiz. In addition, the source code is available.
We have added a large bag of Moonblaster music by Meits to our downloads section. This collection is Meits' version of something which - probably - every MSX musician has: a large collection of unfinished tunes, ideas, sketches and such. Among them is music from Aleste, Randar 3 and plenty others.
