Top scrolling platform games on the MSX

It is no surprise that I'm currently developing a scrolling platformer for the MSX2. Given that, it makes sense to have an overview of the genre and currently released games in this genre, on your target platform. --Inevitable, you will compare the different titles...

Putting "the project which no one talkes about", aside , could you help me identify which titles on the MSX are within my target? Think "Super Mario Bros"-direction. Requirements:

Platform game
Must scroll
Preferably "cute" theme

yup, Firehawk is in the preferably-cute genre.

I'd look at other 8bit consoles too:

I like how these games add depth to the walking surface, the Penguin one especially. And a lot of variety too, Time Zone has quiz minigames. Penguin game has shmup levels.

Platform games can end up looking and playing quite similar, but I thought this game on Megadrive was super cute and playable at the time. Magical Taruruuto kun
It is very much a 16 bit game, gives that feel with big sprites and graphics effects, probably impossible to do on the msx.

Thanks. But - The list becomes "endless" if we look at other systems. And I have done that already, I have lots of inspiration from other consoles. The issue is actually to find which, within the contraints, that are on MSX.

And just by adding "scrolling", many of MSX' top games are excluded. But that's fine. I wonder if the list I'm persuing, is quite short.

My 2 cents also for Pentaro games, they are pure platform games wiht a very good technical side.

Thanks. Haven't seen these before. Strange. I like the cuteness. Lots of potential. Many things done right it seems (although the youtube-description mentions a few things that possibly overshadows these things?).
