What it have been done to made it funtional is as follows:

1. Change the resistor from RDY to DCT
2. Remove resistor J22 and solder a cable from the 5V imput to the side of the resistor place that conects to the controler IC
3. Solder a cable from RDY to PIN Number 2
4. Cut the PIN N12 and join it to pin 10 to have DS0 signal on PIN 10.

And it Works

Thanks to everyone

I found this repost: https://hansotten.file-hunter.com/do-it-yourself/msx-floppy-...
tried following it but it didn't work for me. So I'm hoping for someone who can help me out...
Made the converter and made the changes on my FDD, nothing working.

There are a few variations on that model. That doesn't make it any easier.
Try googling for your diskdrive's name/type and add Amiga to the search. That community is quite active on drive modding.
If a drive works on an Amiga it works on an MSX as well.

But it's not 100% the same modifications right? Or is an Amiga drive 100% compatible with MSX?
I don't know enough about electricity to figure things out by myself.
For example, the link I posted in my previous reply has some tiny differences as this picture: http://jope.fi/drives/sfd321b-lcp3/ which is the same drive but an amiga mod.

If works on Amiga then works on MSX.
Exact same mod.

Some time ago I opened a thread on my site about modifying floppy drives for the Amiga, including several versions of the Samsung SFD-321B.

They work 100% on Amiga & MSX.

Interesting!
I'll check it out!
It just confuses me that the samsung FDD mod looks different for amiga and msx.
Or does it need a different 26pin to 32pin converter?
