Could you help me find a really old MSX1 game?

There was a little Panda... or a little raccoon... he was lost in a big city (that was actually represented as a big maze), and you had to help him find the way back home moving the little hero from a top-view perspective (a-la-pacman). While searching for his home, don't ask me why, the little panda/teddy bear/whatsoever used to drink what I always believed to be orange juice... the orange juice acted as a timer: when you started to play the glass of orange juice was filled to the top, and when the juice was completely drinked by the hero, a life was lost. There was also a tiny map in the lower corner, showing you where your home was. Unfortunately that's all I can remember of this game Sad

I have made a (REALLY UGLY) picture of what I remember of that game:

Thanks to Enrico, I have uploaded a video of the italian hack on YouTube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-E5Cfpnb8U

The music is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING... in comparison, ANTY's terrible music score seems to be composed by John Williams :D Well, I can say that it makes you want to turn off the audio :)

Unfortunately the video has some strange behavior sometimes... I don't know if it's a bug in OpenMSX or a bug in the tool I'm using to convert the videos (VisualHub)... anyway the video sometimes loses the synchronization with the audio.

P.S: If the purpose of the game is a "Penguin Date", this could be remembered as the first videogame with a gay hero... since at the very end of the stage he finally meets a male bunny LOL!LOL!

Well, play the video before converting it to check if it's an openMSX problem...

Thanks for submitting it!
I'd like to make some screenshots for GenMSX of the original game, though.

I'd like to make some screenshots for GenMSX of the original game, though.

That's the problem. I have tried to open the generated video file with VLC and Quicktime, and none of them seems to be able to decode that strange video codec (hey, I can say ZMBV is a strange codec... I think this is the first time ever that I have seen VLC failing while opening a video Tongue )

I haven't found any hint in the user manual ( http://openmsx.sourceforge.net/manual/user.html#recording ) but is there any way to record a video in an uncompressed format ? I don't care too much about the filesize... I have a big hard drive :)

P.S: Manuel, could also have a look at the question I have sent to the OpenMSX forum ( http://vampier.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=249 ) ? Thank you

EDIT: I have found a Mac OS X version of MPlayer, I have remade a video of the game and it plays smoothly from MPlayer; and so I'm guessing that the issue was caused by a bug in FFMPEG during the encoding, rather than something caused by OpenMSX Smile
