Yes, I think so. The bumper screen and title screen modification (with "©CLOVER") looks different from all of those I believe:
Also the logo molded into the cartridge plastic for the Clover version of Maseong Jeonseol suggests it was published by - or at least used a cartridge designed by - Hwaseong Computer/Hwasung Computer (I don't know which romanization is preferred.) They published a fair number of MSX (Zemmix), SMS/Mark III (Gam*Boy/Aladdin Boy), and at least some Mega Drive/Genesis (Super Gam*Boy/Super Aladdin Boy) game cartridges (those last actually were 8-bit games running in SMS/Mark III compatibility mode though.) Some of their stuff is marked in Hanja+Hangeul as (株)和星컴퓨터, others in just Hangeul as (주)화성컴퓨터. Others appear to say 화성 실리컴 (Hwaseong Silicom) but I might be misreading it
Here are cartridge pictures for the rest of that list. i also re-dumped them all, and got the same bits as before
NOTE: I think my Zaxxon dump is misnamed. It appears to be a Brazilian release but I don't know publisher, etc. I believe I named it with "(SEGA)" based on similarity to a Japanese release, but that was just a guess!

@bsittler: Can I have a look at your dumps of City Connection and Pyramid Warp? I have disassembled both games (the common dumps) and want to check what the differences are.

Sure, let's discuss them over email. Message sent
I also have a couple different SFG-05 Yamaha synthesizer modules for the Yamaha module slot that seem to have different firmware from the versions openmsx knows of (that, or I was looking in the wrong places!) Naturally these also work in any normal MSX via a standard cartridge slot if you use a Unit Converter in between. The filenames below refer to where I have them installed right now, not the computer they were originally sold with. I believe one may have originally been sold in Europe and the other in Japan, but I am not certain of that. Also, apologies for the terrible CRT photography. I hope to figure out how to make openmsx use these and then capture crispier shots that way

That's the one in the openMSX config.
These seem to be 2 different versions. M5.00.007 vs M5.01.011. The latter is the one I mentioned above.

Thank you! Apologies, I somehow failed to notice the 6680d7118d85418813f1db9449bf3e20942b16da was already what openmsx uses! Thought I had searched for all their hashes but I guess I did it wrong

I think the cartridges with this case type and noticed "Hotbit" are cartridges released by Epcom.
