Do you also include which documents (registration cards, promotional material, ...) were included for each game?

The update about registration cards and promotional material will not be included at least yet.

I have a quite good Excel table of them (data collected years from YAJ pictures, other collectors and of course stuff I have myself bought during years), but... and it's a big one - there is no one and only truth which, for example registration card was originally with which game (I have a theory why). I need to think how to represent these alternatives a good way for people. It might be that the whole list needs to be updated to completely new layout level (version 6.0?) in that phase.

I thought Generation MSX took over the functionality of that list years ago... https://www.generation-msx.nl/company/konami/15/software/

List in Generation MSX is good, nice in visual way too, but not fast. You can call me ancient, but I like to use the text version more when I need to take a fast look on something/several things at once.

I reckon one of the issues here would be that many popular games surely had several batches over the years. The registration cards and promotional materials would likely change over time...

Yes, exactly. Some guidelines can be drawn according to age of the game, but there is no exact one truth for about half of the released games.
