Those are very rare. I have never seen it listed for sale. I also believe it was only made available in Japan, so I suggest checking the Japanese auction sites regularly. Alternatively you could perhaps make one yourself if you have some electronics skills as the bus connector on the HX-10 is just an MSX cartridge slot with a different connector style.
I *used* to have one, used it with my Goldstar FC200, although it did require a small modification. It worked well, however, it has two slots on it, and only the one nearest the ribbon cable actually worked in my experience.
You can also buy any other slot expander, of course.

I'd be surprised if anyone here knows what a 'Gerber' is, by the way i know it is a PCB design
