Vincent van Dam and TNI released a tool that translates tokenized WBASS2 files to readable text. The tool can be used in MSX-DOS and Win32 environments. Sources are included, making it possible to compile WB2TXT for other platforms (like Linux) as well.

And th binaries that Vincent provides are for MSX-DOS and Win32 (or MS-DOS for that matter).
