Ricardo Bittencourt has released a new version of his emulator especially conceived for Windows. Although the limitations of this emulator (only MSX 1 emulation, no sound support), it's still in development and could be one day really succeed to his excellent DOS version (versions 2.5, 2.6, 2.10)
New feature in version 3.0.f is disk image support.
