After a bug had been spotted in the big MSX emulation on Symbian OS topic of our forums JR decided to release a bugfix instantly. Furthermore several improvements that were made to fMSX 2.8 were implemented in this new release. On the fMSX/S60 website you can now download fMSX/S60 1.06.The complete list of changes in this version:
- System ROM loading fatal bug fix
- Support for ASCII8/16 ROM mappers with SRAM (adapted feature from fMSX/Unix 2.8)
- Support for FM-PAC with SRAM cartrdige (adapted feature from fMSX/Unix 2.8)
- Support for third cartrdige slot (adapted feature from fMSX/Unix 2.8), but this is currently used only internally for MSX-DOS2 or FM-PAC cartridge when necessary
- AY8910 (PSG) envelope volume fix (adapted from fMSX/Unix 2.8)
fMSX/S60 currently supports the following phones: Nokia 3600, Nokia 3620, Nokia 3650, Nokia 3660, Nokia 6260, Nokia 6600, Nokia 6620, Nokia 6630, Nokia 6670, Nokia 7610, Nokia 7650, Nokia N-Gage, Nokia N-Gage QD, Sendo X and Siemens SX-1.
