Galmoon English translation by Django

The game Galmoon has recently been translated from Japanese to English by Django. This MSX2 Board Roll Playing Game was developed by Maron Team and released in 1990.

Frenchman Django is a busy bee, he's done a good bunch of translations on MSX already. Check out his web site for all his work, he really IS unchained. Now, go play.

Nice translation again Django. Mirror remark: The game hangs on the autoexec.bas on a turbo R. I guess the defusrs are interfering with something in the turbo R, but I don't know how to fix it.

Odd thing is it works fine on an FS-A1ST but hangs on FS-A1GT... Is it possible the extensions in basic 4.1 (for MSX-MIDI) use up a bit more RAM that is overwritten by the BLOAD?

FS-A1ST reports 25277 bytes free, FS-A1GT 25271 in Disk Basic 2.01 that is
FS-A1ST reports 23414 bytes free, FS-A1GT 23409 in Disk Basic 1.0

Loved the Runemaster games back in the day. This one seems to be a quality board RPG as well. Does anyone know if there are any similar RPG board games for modern systems, consoles or mobile?

@Randam Hajile: I have never seen a game like the Rune master games except for on the MSX. Kai Magazine also released a Rune Master type game, there was witch revenge and Ducktales.

Back in the day I heard a rumour there was a Runemaster for Dos V but never saw it. To be honest I have not gone through the PC98 diskstations well enough to be sure that has not one. I did find some interesting things on there like sequels to jump hero, king of the pond and mission creators for Puyo Puyo... Maybe there are other interesting things on there.
