Sander's MSX party

To celebrate his birthday and the visit of Brazilian MSX user FRS (sd_snatcher), Sander van Nunen is giving a MSX party for friends and acquaintances at Saturday the 23th of August. If you know Sander and would like to come over, please send him a message to register. This is necessary because there will be a limited amount of places available.

Party place is Zaandam. Party starts at 13.00 until late.
Parking is available. The location is a 15 minute walk from Zaandam Station or 10 minutes with bus. Pick-ups can be arranged, if you need help with your items.

Please bring your own equipment if possible. Tables and power will be present to connect and use your hardware.
There will be a limited amount of computers setup to use.

During the day demonstrations will be given

• Exotic hardware like IQ3000 and Sony HB-701
• Victor VHD laserdisc system
• Palcom LD system
• Demonstration of Synthesix
• MIDI-PAC and Playsoniq
• Lobby Hero Arcade System for MSX
• OpenMSX

Snacks and drinks will be available for free

Free give away table
Also, there will be free give away table where free MSX stuff and other retrocomputing stuff can be obtained for free. Please bring your own items with you if you have no use for it, to help other users.

Selling table
There will be another table for selling your used MSX and retrocomputer stuff. With your name and asking price, your items will also hopefully get new owners. Please keep an eye on your own items, because this table will not be manned during the whole day.

Foods, drinks and the give away table will contain a donation box. Donations, if any, will be used to help pay for the rent of the location and catering. Anything left will be donated to the MRC Foundation to support new projects.
