The remake will feature several improvements, such as new character animations, boss fights and a multiplayer mode. Both screens of the DS will be used, with the game action on the top screen and player stats on the bottom screen.

According to the Magic Box Falcom fans eagerly awaiting new releases as opposed to remakes of remakes should not worry either, as Falcom has announced to be working on YS Seven and Legend of Heroes 7.

There are also PC version which are fan-based translated. I've recently played them and they're great and are MSX alike. Great stuff.

Very nice ... Maybe someone should remake the game for MSX 2+ and Turbo R.
Imagine the game running on Nintendo Wii with full speak!
There are people that don't play (much) portable games ...

More remakes of Ys I and Ys II. Yay. Tongue

Also, you spelled Ys wrong. Crying Oh well... better YS than Y's, I guess.
