Since march 2003 Slotman, the webmaster of MSX files has been working on an MSX conversion of the popular PC game Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego. Yesterday, the game was officially announced and a special website about the game was launched. At the moment, the project is close to completion. To run the game an MSX2 with 3.5" diskdrive and 128kB VRAM will do the job, harddisk and mouse are recommended. In the gallery of the Carmen Sandiego for MSX website you can see some screenshots of the MSX version of the game.

Is the addition of 3.5" to the 'diskdrive' really important ? Smile

By the way, I am happy to see that Guyver is finally saying that non-original games ported to the MSX system can be a good thing. Are you relaxing your principles, Patriek?

SlotMan: I want to play the game! I had the original CGA game for PC in a 5.25" disk. It was great and the graphics weren't half as good as yours and beeper sound was horrilble!

Dude, it's not against my principles at all and I never said it was... You should read my statements better.
