I've never played other versions than the MSX version. Does the list above completely match the MSX version, or is it based on (perhaps slightly) other versions with perhaps wee different music?

The list for Parodius completely matches the MSX version as far as I know. On the wikipedia page you can also find the music lists for the SNES and PSX versions.

Speaking of which, I found that the bgmsx website was having problems.
I cannot play the files online (either on Firefox or IE), I have to download them.
And some of them generate an error ...

Ok, let me be more precise in my answer. Actually I thought that zombie track was cover of 99 Luftballons (since for some good reasons I don´t listen techno, I didn´t knew that) but I checked it and found out it was another song which was featured in Lazy Jones.
